Religion in a Family’s History

This is a post close to my heart. It’s my reflections on my own family’s religious history (on my mother’s side) and what it illuminates about American religious history. I hope it encourages other historians of American religion to think about the interesting stories in their own family’s history. And this is only the good stuff on my mother’s maternal side.
